Last year the Skints played to a crowd of probably 100-200 people in the dark dungeon that is the Olympia stage at Rebellion festival. This year, the audience went up ten-fold…it was rammed. Testament to what a brilliant album and some hardcore touring across the country can do for you! Maybe next year they’ll headline a stage somewhere…

Here are the complete set of the long awaited Bearded Theory photos! There were some great bands including Inner Terrestrials, Barbar Luck, Kilnaboy, The King Blues…the organisers are going to have a hard time topping that next festival. Anyway, same time next year….!!

General Election 2010: BNP (In) Fighting

On the day of the General Election, you might assume the parties are all geared up, in a united force for one final push to sway voters. Not the BNP…they just like to fight amongst themselves…(and the general public)! I read this (amongst other things) and, seriously, they want to run the country?

The BNP, which has hopes of taking over Barking and Dagenham Council, has been beset by infighting and Mr Griffin has faced an alleged plot by BNP officials to overthrow him. He also told police that a colleague had threatened to kill him after an investigation into the political “conspiracy”.
